Loaded Golden Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 2/3 cup @oatly oatmilk
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp @helios.no turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp @helios.no ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • maple syrup
  • frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, milks, mashed banana, turmeric, cinnamon, and chia seeds in a pot and cook on the stove until the oats are soft.

  2. Top with maple syrup, frozen raspberries, and almond butter.
