Low Carb Fish Pie with Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- some white fish
- a packet of seafood mix (prawns, mussel meat, squid)
- a packet of colmans hollandaise sauce mix
- skimmed milk
- chopped green beans
- cauliflower
- butter (20g per person)
- cream cheese (50g per person)
- grated cheddar (20g per person)
Preparation
Poach some white fish in water, drain it and flake it into an oven-proof dish.
Add a packet of seafood mix.
Mix together then stir through the hollandaise sauce made with skimmed milk.
Add some chopped green beans and put some more on to boil for serving.
Top the pie with cauliflower mash made by adding butter and cream cheese.
Sprinkle grated cheddar over the top.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 35-45 minutes.
Serve with the boiled green beans.
