Soft Chicken Pie Made in Mixer
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup soybean oil
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar for browning the dough
Filling
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 packet sazΓ³n seasoning
- 1 cup tomato sauce such as Pomarola
- salt to taste
Preparation
Beat eggs and milk in a mixer for about 1 or 2 minutes
Add soybean oil and beat for 2 more minutes then add salt and sugar and mix with a spoon
Add 1 cup of flour and beat for 2 minutes then add another cup and beat for 2 minutes and the last cup the same process
When finished beating add baking powder
Cook chicken with chicken bouillon shred and set aside
In another pan sautΓ© onion tomato garlic and bell pepper
Add shredded chicken and sazΓ³n seasoning cook for 3 more minutes
Add cooked tomato sauce such as Pomarola green onion turn off heat and add cream cheese
Grease a medium baking dish with oil and flour pour a layer of dough the filling in the middle then another layer of dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 280Β°C until it starts to brown then reduce heat to 180Β°C
Serve hot the dough melts in the mouth
