Pumpkin Spice Protein Donuts

Ingredients

  • 90 grams pumpkin puree
  • 50 grams egg whites
  • 4 grams sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
  • 26 grams 1st Phorm Level-1 pumpkin spice latte protein
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice seasoning
  • Droplets of liquid vanilla stevia
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 18 grams Lions Choice pancake mix
  • Splash of water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together, adding water slowly to achieve a thick batter consistency similar to pancake batter.

  2. Pour the batter into two sprayed donut pans using coconut oil spray.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the donuts.

  4. Let the donuts cool and sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia seasoning.
