Pumpkin Spice Protein Donuts
Ingredients
- 90 grams pumpkin puree
- 50 grams egg whites
- 4 grams sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
- 26 grams 1st Phorm Level-1 pumpkin spice latte protein
- Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice seasoning
- Droplets of liquid vanilla stevia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 18 grams Lions Choice pancake mix
- Splash of water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, adding water slowly to achieve a thick batter consistency similar to pancake batter.
Pour the batter into two sprayed donut pans using coconut oil spray.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the donuts.
Let the donuts cool and sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia seasoning.
