Raspberry and Beetroot Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax/chia
- 3 tbsp @the_tribe_way raspberry goji protein powder
- 3-4 tbsp cooked shredded beet
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- Dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Cook the oats, plant milk, flax or chia seeds, cooked shredded beet, and cinnamon on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes until thick and creamy
Add the raspberry goji protein powder and stir well.
Top with raspberries and your favorite toppings, such as tahini, and enjoy
