Sun-Dried Tomato Avocado Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- two slices of sourdough bread
- cream cheese (vegan)
- sun-dried tomato pieces
- two slices of vegan provolone cheese
- arugula
- avocado
- butter or oil of choice
Preparation
Toast two slices of sourdough bread to your liking.
Spread or layer on cream cheese, sun-dried tomato pieces, two slices of cheese, arugula, and mashed avocado.
Sandwich the pieces together.
Brush both sides with butter or oil of choice.
Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and the cheese has melted.
Slice and enjoy.
