Sun-Dried Tomato Avocado Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • two slices of sourdough bread
  • cream cheese (vegan)
  • sun-dried tomato pieces
  • two slices of vegan provolone cheese
  • arugula
  • avocado
  • butter or oil of choice

Preparation

  1. Toast two slices of sourdough bread to your liking.

  2. Spread or layer on cream cheese, sun-dried tomato pieces, two slices of cheese, arugula, and mashed avocado.

  3. Sandwich the pieces together.

  4. Brush both sides with butter or oil of choice.

  5. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and the cheese has melted.

  6. Slice and enjoy.
