Vegan Tofu Scramble with Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 block smoked tofu
- Nutritional yeast
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Turmeric
- Mixed herbs
- Dash of dark soy sauce
- Non-dairy milk
- Rye bread
- Half an avocado
- Tomato slices
Preparation
Add cooking spray to a small pot and crumble in 1/2 block of smoked tofu.
Add nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, turmeric, mixed herbs, and a dash of dark soy sauce.
Add some non-dairy milk to make it creamy and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Toast a piece of rye bread.
Smash half an avocado on top of the toast.
Add a few slices of tomato.
Top with the tofu scramble.

Blend frozen banana, spinach, protein powder, maca powder, coffee, and non-dairy milk to make a smoothie.
Tips
Using smoked tofu enhances the flavor of the scramble.
