Easy 3-Ingredient Vegan Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 can of lite coconut milk (399mL)
- 1 scoop (28g) of vegan PB protein
- 1 tsp of “not xanthan not guar” powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together. Note: You can substitute 1/2 tsp of regular xanthan gum if the powder upsets your tummy.
Pour the blended mixture into an ice cream maker and let it churn for 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy the dairy-free goodness.
