Easy 3-Ingredient Vegan Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can of lite coconut milk (399mL)
  • 1 scoop (28g) of vegan PB protein
  • 1 tsp of “not xanthan not guar” powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Note: You can substitute 1/2 tsp of regular xanthan gum if the powder upsets your tummy.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into an ice cream maker and let it churn for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Enjoy the dairy-free goodness.
