Easy Creamy Milk Cake for Coffee
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 small carton heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside
Beat the egg yolks, butter, oil, heavy cream, and sugar
Add the flour and beat again
Add the baking powder and beat a little more
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites
Pour into a pan greased with margarine and floured and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes
