Brazilian Five Cup Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C)

  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan

  3. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan

  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
