Brazilian Five Cup Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup warm milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C)
Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
