Easy Brazilian Cornmeal Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan

  3. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
