Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons rice malt syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and combine over medium heat for 2 minutes or until coconut oil has melted.
Transfer mixture evenly across muffin tray/s and freeze before serving.
Best eaten straight out of the freezer, where they can be stored.
