Vegan Almond Butter Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling filtered water
- 5 pitted Medjool dates
- 3 tsp raw creamy unsalted almond butter
- 2 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 pinches of fine salt
Preparation
Boil 2 cups of filtered water
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on highest speed for 40-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into mugs and enjoy.
