Vegan Almond Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling filtered water
  • 5 pitted Medjool dates
  • 3 tsp raw creamy unsalted almond butter
  • 2 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 pinches of fine salt

Preparation

  1. Boil 2 cups of filtered water

  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

  3. Blend on highest speed for 40-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into mugs and enjoy.
