Crispy Vegan Chick'n Burger with Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients
- Fry's Family Chicken-style Burgers (vegan chick'n fillet)
- 100ml Dairy-free Yoghurt
- 220ml Soya or Oat Milk
- 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic
- Pineapple (for grilling)
Preparation
Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl together.
Dunk the chick'n fillet into the batter.
Fry the battered chick'n until crispy and delicious.
Add fillings like grilled pineapple and assemble the burger, then enjoy.
