Crispy Vegan Chick'n Burger with Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • Fry's Family Chicken-style Burgers (vegan chick'n fillet)
  • 100ml Dairy-free Yoghurt
  • 220ml Soya or Oat Milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • Pineapple (for grilling)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl together.

  2. Dunk the chick'n fillet into the batter.

  3. Fry the battered chick'n until crispy and delicious.

  4. Add fillings like grilled pineapple and assemble the burger, then enjoy.
