Easy Healthy Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- Salad greens
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Onion
- Chicken breast
- Avocado
- Cheese
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons quark
- 1 tablespoon fresh cream
- 1-2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Cook the chicken breast until fully done.
Chop the cucumber, tomato, onion, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together until well combined.
In a large salad bowl, combine the salad greens, chopped vegetables, cooked chicken, and avocado.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
