Easy Healthy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Salad greens
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Chicken breast
  • Avocado
  • Cheese

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons quark
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the chicken breast until fully done.

  2. Chop the cucumber, tomato, onion, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together until well combined.

  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the salad greens, chopped vegetables, cooked chicken, and avocado.

  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
