Easy Vegan Shoyu Ramen with Gyoza

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp concentrated vegan mentsuyu
  • 1 tsp mushroom sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce)
  • 1 1/2 tsp mushroom stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp agar, optional
  • 1 tsp aroma oil, optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 350-400ml water
  • 1 serving ramen noodles of choice
  • Green onion, nori & gyoza for topping

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Pour in hot water.

  3. Add your toppings.

  4. Serve and slurp.
