Fresh Spicy Prawn and Coriander Salad
Ingredients
- 150g cooked prawns
- chopped peppers
- tomatoes
- coriander
- a little chopped red chilli
- juice of 1/2 lime
Optional additions
- Dark Rye Crackers
- chopped avocado
Preparation
Combine the cooked prawns with chopped peppers, tomatoes, coriander, and a little chopped red chilli.
Add the juice of half a lime.
Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the prawns to absorb the flavors.
Tips
