Fresh Spicy Prawn and Coriander Salad

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked prawns
  • chopped peppers
  • tomatoes
  • coriander
  • a little chopped red chilli
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Optional additions

Preparation

  1. Combine the cooked prawns with chopped peppers, tomatoes, coriander, and a little chopped red chilli.

  2. Add the juice of half a lime.
