Baked Salmon and Bacon BLT Style Salad

Ingredients

  • Bacon
  • Salmon fillet
  • Chili lime seasoning
  • Plantain chips
  • Onions
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • African smoke seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and add bacon for easier cleanup.

  3. Bake bacon for 15-18 minutes until desired crispiness.

  4. Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet and season with chili lime seasoning.

  5. Bake salmon for 12 minutes.

  6. Combine the baked salmon and bacon with plantain chips, onions, avocado, and tomatoes.

  7. Sprinkle with African smoke seasoning before serving.

  8. Note: If reheating plantain chips, do so carefully to avoid over-crisping.
