Potassium Rich Mango Avocado Salad for Recovery
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango
- 1/4 red onion
- Bunch of mint or cilantro
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Combine avocados, mangoes, onions, and mint in a bowl.
Combine lemon juice, garlic, and salt to make the lemon sauce.
