Potassium Rich Mango Avocado Salad for Recovery

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Bunch of mint or cilantro
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
