Chickpea Tuna Salad Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked pepper powder
  • salt
  • white pepper

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas

  2. Chop the red onion and garlic

  3. Mash the chickpeas in a bowl

  4. Add yogurt, smoked pepper powder, salt, and white pepper, and mix well

  5. Serve on toast
