Quick Sriracha Tahini Noodles
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- juice from 1 lime
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup water
Veggies and noodles
- 2–3 cups veggies of choice (e.g., 1 zucchini and 1 carrot)
- 1 pack cooked noodles of choice
- optional toppings: scallions or scapes and hemp seeds
Preparation
Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add veggies and cook until softened.
Mix sauce with noodles and veggies.
