Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
- salt & pepper to taste
- olive oil for serving .
Preparation
Drain and rinse the Garbanzo Beans and then add them to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients
Process until everything is well combined and smooth (or until you reach the texture you like)
Top with a bit of Olive Oil and serve with fresh veggies, Chips or grilled Pita Bread
