Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp of tahini
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil for serving .

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse the Garbanzo Beans and then add them to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients

  2. Process until everything is well combined and smooth (or until you reach the texture you like)

  3. Top with a bit of Olive Oil and serve with fresh veggies, Chips or grilled Pita Bread
