Stir Fried Chickpeas with Mushrooms and Onions
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 basil leaves, minced
- 1/2 a red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Preparation
Start by adding mushrooms and onions to a sauté pan. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add in chickpeas, any additional veggies, gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup and garlic.
Sauté until liquid is absorbed and coating chickpeas.
Remove from heat and add basil.
Serve.
