Veggie Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- Olives
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fries
- Cremini mushrooms
- Dill
- Parsley
Tzatziki
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
Preparation
Mix all tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl to create the sauce.
Assemble the wrap by placing olives, avocado, cherry tomatoes, fries, cremini mushrooms, dill, and parsley into a flatbread or wrap.
Add a portion of the tzatziki sauce to the wrap, roll it up, and serve immediately.
