Veggie Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fries
  • Cremini mushrooms
  • Dill
  • Parsley

Tzatziki

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

Preparation

  1. Mix all tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl to create the sauce.

  2. Assemble the wrap by placing olives, avocado, cherry tomatoes, fries, cremini mushrooms, dill, and parsley into a flatbread or wrap.

  3. Add a portion of the tzatziki sauce to the wrap, roll it up, and serve immediately.
