Cheddar and Chive Almond Flour Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

Preparation

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: 1.5 cups almond flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

  2. Combine the wet ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup vegan butter.

  3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and fold in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/4 cup chopped chives.

  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin.

  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
