Cheddar and Chive Almond Flour Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- sprinkle of sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
Preparation
Combine the dry ingredients: 1.5 cups almond flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Combine the wet ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup vegan butter.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and fold in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/4 cup chopped chives.
Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
