Crispy Air-Fried Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- salt to taste
Preparation
Boil the sweet potato for 5 minutes to soften it for cutting and extra crispiness.
Cut into fries or cubes.
Season with avocado oil, 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, and a little salt.
Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes.
If using an oven, bake at 400°F for 25-27 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
