Crispy Japanese Sweet Potato Fries with Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 gigantic sweet potato
  • avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • a little salt
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Boil the sweet potato for 5 minutes to soften it for easier cutting and extra crispiness.

  2. Cut it into fries.

  3. Season with avocado oil, 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice, and a little salt.

  4. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  5. If using an oven, bake at 400°F for 25-27 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

  6. Dip the fries in almond butter for serving.
