Crispy Japanese Sweet Potato Fries with Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1 gigantic sweet potato
- avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- a little salt
- almond butter
Preparation
Boil the sweet potato for 5 minutes to soften it for easier cutting and extra crispiness.
Cut it into fries.
Season with avocado oil, 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice, and a little salt.
Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes.
If using an oven, bake at 400°F for 25-27 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Dip the fries in almond butter for serving.
