Crunchy Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 150g thick yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crisp and crunch peanut butter
  • 60g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl.

  2. Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave, stirring to avoid burning.

  3. Add peanut butter to the chocolate and mix well. Then add this mixture to the yogurt and keep 2-3 tablespoons for topping.

  4. Once mixed, pour into your choice of molds. If no molds are available, use cupcake liners or a loaf tin lined with cling film.

  5. Finish with the reserved chocolate-peanut butter mixture for topping and freeze for a few hours until hardened.

  6. Before eating, allow to thaw for 5 minutes.
