Crunchy Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- 150g thick yogurt
- 2 tbsp crisp and crunch peanut butter
- 60g dark chocolate
Preparation
Add yogurt to a bowl.
Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave, stirring to avoid burning.
Add peanut butter to the chocolate and mix well. Then add this mixture to the yogurt and keep 2-3 tablespoons for topping.
Once mixed, pour into your choice of molds. If no molds are available, use cupcake liners or a loaf tin lined with cling film.
Finish with the reserved chocolate-peanut butter mixture for topping and freeze for a few hours until hardened.
Before eating, allow to thaw for 5 minutes.
