Figs and Protein Sourdough Toasts
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 35g vanilla vegan protein powder
- 60g almond milk cheese
- 45ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5g maca powder (optional)
- 15g cinnamon syrup
- Figs
- 5g dark chocolate
- 10g pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Toast the sourdough bread slices
Spread the vanilla cream cheese on the toasted bread
Top with figs
Drizzle with cinnamon syrup
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate shavings
Vanilla cream cheese
Blend the vanilla vegan protein powder and almond milk cheese together with maca powder if using, starting with 30ml of unsweetened almond milk until smooth and glossy.
Add the remaining 15ml of almond milk, 5ml at a time, to loosen the mixture if needed.
