Rye Sourdough with Garlic Sautéed Yellow Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- olive oil
- 2 handfuls of chopped oyster mushrooms
- pinch of salt
- epper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika powder
- a clove of garlic
- mushrooms
- Japanese baby greens
- tomatoes
Preparation
Cook 1 crushed garlic clove in a Tbs of olive oil for a minute. Add 2 handfuls of chopped oyster mushrooms and cook for 2 - 4 minutes, until they turn golden. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika powder and sauté for 2 minutes
Toast a slice of rye sourdough, rub it with a clove of garlic and tip it with the mushrooms
I served mine with some Japanese baby greens from my garden and tomatoes
