Rye Sourdough with Garlic Sautéed Yellow Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • 2 handfuls of chopped oyster mushrooms
  • pinch of salt
  • epper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika powder
  • a clove of garlic
  • mushrooms
  • Japanese baby greens
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Cook 1 crushed garlic clove in a Tbs of olive oil for a minute. Add 2 handfuls of chopped oyster mushrooms and cook for 2 - 4 minutes, until they turn golden. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika powder and sauté for 2 minutes

  2. Toast a slice of rye sourdough, rub it with a clove of garlic and tip it with the mushrooms

  3. I served mine with some Japanese baby greens from my garden and tomatoes
