Tender and Juicy Anabolic Burnt Ends

Ingredients

  • Chuck Roast
  • Avocado Oil
  • All-Purpose Rub
  • Brown Sugar Replacement
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

Preparation

  1. Cube the chuck roast.

  2. Add avocado oil and the all-purpose rub.

  3. Place evenly on a wire rack.

  4. Smoke at 225°F for 3 hours.

  5. Add brown sugar replacement, half a stick of butter, and sugar-free BBQ sauce.

  6. Cover in foil and smoke for another 3 hours.

  7. Serve with BBQ sauce and enjoy.
