Birthday Cake Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla plant protein powder (i ? @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla)
- 1 cup soft pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
- 1/2 cup naturally dyed sprinkles
Preparation
Add cashews and oatmeal to the food processor and process until and they form a fine flour
Add vanilla protein powder and pulse until well processed again
Add dates, and vanilla and process again until dough forms
Roll into balls
Pour sprinkles onto a plate and roll bites in sprinkles
Store in the fridge until ready to eat
