Birthday Cake Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla plant protein powder
- 1 cup soft pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon refined coconut oil
- 1/2 cup naturally dyed sprinkles
Preparation
Add cashews and oatmeal to the food processor and process until they form a fine flour.
Add vanilla protein powder and pulse until well processed again.
Add dates and vanilla and process again until dough forms.
Roll into balls.
Pour sprinkles onto a plate and roll bites in sprinkles.
Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
