Birthday Cake Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla plant protein powder (i ? @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla)
  • 1 cup soft pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup naturally dyed sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Add cashews and oatmeal to the food processor and process until and they form a fine flour

  2. Add vanilla protein powder and pulse until well processed again

  3. Add dates, and vanilla and process again until dough forms

  4. Roll into balls

  5. Pour sprinkles onto a plate and roll bites in sprinkles

  6. Store in the fridge until ready to eat

  7. Enjoy!! ?
