Spoonable Cookie Dough Snack for Bentos
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups raw cashews
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 1/2 cups soft pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
Preparation
Add cashews to the food processor and process until they form a fine flour.
Add oat flour, dates, and vanilla and process again until dough forms.
Put dough in bowl and mix in chocolate chips.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion.
Place in fridge to chill.
Store in fridge or freezer and enjoy.
