Decadent Dark Vegan Chocolate Berry Bark

Ingredients

  • Non-dairy Chocolate Chips or Dutch Chocolate Powder / Cacao powder - 1 cup
  • Dry Berries - 1/3 cup
  • Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
  • Almond butter - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • Salt - pinch

Preparation

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate by placing it in a bowl over a pot with simmering water. Ensure the water is not boiling and keep the heat low. Stir until smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt, then mix well.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the parchment paper and spread it thinly using a spoon or spatula.

  5. Sprinkle mixed dry berries on top and press some into the bark.

  6. Chill in the fridge until completely cool and firm, then cut into pieces as desired.

Tips

  1. You can sprinkle any additional toppings you want.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
