Fruity Chocolate Berrylicious Barks

Ingredients

  • Non dairy Chocolate Chips or Dutch Chocolate Powder / Cacao powder - 1 cup
  • Dry Berries - 1/3 cup
  • Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
  • Almond butter - 2tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 2tsp
  • Salt - pinch

Preparation

  1. METHOD ✒ Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper . ✒ Melt the chocolate by placing in a bowl , over a pot with simmering water . Make sure water isn't boiling and keep the heat low . Keep stirring the chocolate until its smooth in texture . ✒ Remove from heat and add maple syrup , vanilla extract , salt and mix well ✒ Trasfer the mixture to the parchment paper , using a spoon or spatula . ✒ Make sure you spread it as thinly as possible and sprinkle mixed dry berries on top , pressing few into the bark

  2. Keep it in fridge until completely cool , once fully chilled and firm, cut them in pieces as you want

  3. You can sprinkle any toppings you want ..will show you few pics in my coming post

  4. Store these in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
