Puff Pastry Apple Stars
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- Apple puree
- Cinnamon sugar
- Eggwash (1 egg + 1 tsp milk)
- Icing sugar
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out star shapes.
Put a teaspoon of apple puree in the middle of one star dough and cover with another star.
Press the edges together and brush with eggwash and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400F.
Drizzle icing sugar on top and decorate with star sprinkles.
