Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Onions

Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp roasted onion
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Rinse the brussel sprouts and add them to a form.

  2. Chop half an onion into small strips and add them to the form as well.

  3. Add the liquids and the spices and combine everything together.

  4. Sprinkle some roasted onions on top.

  5. Let the brussel sprouts roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
