Ninho Milk and Chocolate Layered Dessert

Ingredients

  • 5 small cartons heavy cream
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk

Filling

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Topping

  • Ninho milk powder
  • chocolate shavings

Preparation

  1. Beat heavy cream and powdered milk in a mixer until homogeneous

  2. Gradually add half can sweetened condensed milk while beating until slightly thickened

  3. Place half the cream mixture in a tray and freeze for 1 hour

  4. Add the filling to the tray and freeze for 30 minutes

  5. Place the remaining cream on the tray and freeze for another hour

  6. Decorate with milk powder and chocolate shavings and serve

  7. Keep frozen and transfer to refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to facilitate cutting

Filling

  1. In a saucepan, mix sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter

  2. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened

  3. Add Nutella and set aside to cool
