Spiced Meat with Mushroom Sauce and Rice

Ingredients

  • balsamic vinegar
  • mushrooms
  • chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • rice
  • chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. In a wide bowl, place the meat and sprinkle with cardamom, salt, pepper, and coriander then rub well with the spices.

  2. In a wide pot with a thick base, add butter and oil and heat over medium heat until the butter melts.

  3. Add the meat pieces to the pot, cover, and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally to the other side.

  4. Add onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and mushrooms then stir the meat with the vegetables to combine and add chopped tomatoes.

  5. Add 1 cup of water, cover the pot, and cook until the meat is fully cooked.

  6. Remove the meat from the pot and place the broth in a vegetable grinder to grind the mushrooms and make a mushroom sauce extract.

  7. Place rice in a wide serving dish and top with the meat then put the sauce in a deep dish.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve the meat with hot mushroom sauce.
