Ingredients
- 550g type 00 flour
- 70g potato starch
- 12g fresh yeast
- 1 egg
- 250ml milk
- 80g vegetable oil
- 60g granulated sugar
- a few drops of vanilla extract or vanilla seeds
- zest of 2 lemons

Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it activate.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the egg, oil, vanilla, and lemon zest to the yeast mixture, then combine with dry ingredients to form a dough.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into rings or desired shapes.
Place the shaped dough in an air fryer and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Brush the cooked donuts with butter and roll them in granulated sugar to coat.
