Açaí Granola Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen açaí pouch
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Cake Plant Protein
  • Coconut sugar, to taste
  • 3 tbsp plant-based vanilla yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the yogurt.

  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

  3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top the smoothie bowl with plant-based vanilla yogurt.

  5. Sprinkle granola, nuts, seeds, and fresh or frozen fruit on top of the yogurt.
