Açaí Granola Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen açaí pouch
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Vanilla Cake Plant Protein
- Coconut sugar, to taste
- 3 tbsp plant-based vanilla yogurt
Preparation
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the yogurt.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Top the smoothie bowl with plant-based vanilla yogurt.
Sprinkle granola, nuts, seeds, and fresh or frozen fruit on top of the yogurt.
