Beet & Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (such as ciabatta)
- Beet hummus
- 1/2 avocado
- Lemon juice
- Sesame seeds
- Flakey salt
- Olive oil
Preparation
Generously drizzle olive oil on both sides of the slices of bread.
Cook the slices of bread in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until both sides are golden in color.
Spread beet hummus on each piece of toast.
Thinly slice 1/2 of an avocado, then add some to each piece of toast and top with a drizzle of lemon juice, sesame seeds, and flakey salt.
