Avocado Mushroom Breakfast Toast
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Bread
- 1 avocado
- Handful of mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt, pepper, chili
- 1/2 lemon
- Optional: cilantro
Preparation
Slice your bread.
Fry the bread in oil from both sides until crispy.
Slice the avocado.
Mix the avocado with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a bit of chili.
Spread the avocado mixture on top of the crispy bread.
Cut the mushrooms in half.
Fry the mushrooms in oil until they're cooked.
Season the mushrooms with pepper.
Deglaze the mushrooms with soy sauce.
Place the cooked mushrooms on top of the avocado mixture.
Sprinkle the dish with some chopped cilantro if desired.
