Quick Egg Toast & Salad Lunch
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of bread
- Lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Dried herbs
- Lemon juice
Preparation
Heat a non-stick pan and fry the egg in olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle with salt and seeds.
Wash the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Chop them and season with a splash of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, dried herbs, and lemon juice. Toss everything together.
Toast your favorite bread.
Place the fried egg on top of the toast.
Serve the egg toast alongside the prepared salad.
