Cookie Dough Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (e.g., @nuzest_europe)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (or more if needed)
  • Handful of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together oat flour, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, plant milk, and chocolate chips.

  2. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

  3. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or ramekin.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
