Easy 3-Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls with Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp white dinkel/spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp soy yogurt
- Melted coconut oil
- Cinnamon and sugar mixture
Peanut Butter Frosting
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- 1-2 tbsp plant milk
Preparation
In a bowl, knead together the white dinkel/spelt flour, baking powder, and soy yogurt until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into a rectangle.
Spread melted coconut oil on the dough and sprinkle it with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Roll the dough and cut it into 4 rolls.
Grease a baking pan and place the rolls in it.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (circulation heat) and bake the rolls for about 16-17 minutes.
While the rolls are baking, prepare the peanut butter frosting. In a bowl, mix together the smooth peanut butter, soy yogurt, maple or agave syrup, and plant milk.
Once the rolls are baked and cooled, pour the peanut butter frosting over them.
