F Coconut Crusted Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • prep another bowl with:
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 375

  2. Take 1 block of tofu (extra firm) & press all the water out. Cut it into bite sized pieces about 1/2 an inch thick! Toss them in the almond milk mixture

  3. Then into coconut mixture. Lay pieces out on a baking sheet that’s been sprayed with olive oil

  4. Once all the pieces are coated & on the baking sheet, spray or drizzle olive oil on top (about 1 tsp worth)

  5. Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven & flip all the pieces over, bake another 15 minutes

  6. Serve with Sriracha or Sweet Chili Sauce
