Crispy Baked Smoked Paprika Garlic Tofu

Ingredients

  • firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the tofu

  2. Shake the bowl to coat the tofu

  3. Place the tofu on a baking tray lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F for 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden
