Homemade Chocolate Matcha Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp matcha
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Mix wet ingredients together in another bowl

  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures, then stir in chocolate chips

  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F

  6. Enjoy
