Nutritious Raw Energy Balls with Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina

Preparation

  1. Chop almonds in a food processor until they are in small pieces.

  2. Add dates and lemon peel, then process until smooth.

  3. Add spirulina and gently stir to combine.

  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
